• Cover Letter to indicate work designation, travel dates, travelling companions details, who is the sponsor for the trip and purpose of travel.
• Latest 3-month salary slips. Unemployed to provide latest 3-month bank statements in lieu of salary slips.
• V39A Form if application is supported by a Singaporean company/contact, or Letter of Invitation if application is supported by a Singapore employment pass holder.
• Airline membership details (front and back copy, not mandatory)
• Other documents as deemed necessary by the Singapore Consulate-General, Chennai.
